By accessing this website, reviewing technical specifications, or submitting procurement enquiries to Newzen Global Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should immediately cease site navigation and refrain from placing component orders or service requests.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All technical content, control panel design schematics, software logic frameworks (including our proprietary i-SAVE methodology), logo branding, product documentation, and multimedia assets published on this site are the exclusive property of Newzen Global Solutions or its licensed OEM partners. Unauthorized duplication, reverse-engineering, or commercial distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Commercial Conduct
Users agree to submit accurate, truthful, and authorized corporate information when engaging our application engineers or requesting quotation proposals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any project credentials, technical schematics, or quote proposals shared during pre-sale consultations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Newzen Global Solutions provides system integration engineering, custom panel building, and component distribution services under formal contract terms. While we maintain rigorous IEC testing standards, Newzen Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential operational losses resulting from unauthorized field alterations, third-party component tampering, or unapproved site modifications.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chicago, IL.
